I want to extend a special welcome to our new 4th graders!!! We are soooooooooooo glad you’re here!!!
And for you 5th graders, welcome back! I’m counting on you to be the leaders in our group this year!!
I know you’ll rise up and take the challenge!
We will begin our “JESUS in the Spotlight” study on Sept. 28th, the cost for the books are $5.
If that’s a problem, just let me know! I DON’T want you to miss it!! I’m very excited about this study and
what we’re going to learn about the greatest person ever JESUS!!! Once our books are completed, for those who
made the choice to keep up, we’ll get to celebrate! I mean in a BIG way!!! We might even consider tubing at
one of the slopes in N.C. We always take a vote! So just be sure you work hard!!!!
We will also do several mission projects and outings as a small group. Our first mission project will be Satuday,
Nov. 8th. We’ll be taking “BABY BAGS” to new mothers at the hospital that will include all kinds of goodies for
the baby, devotional for the new parents and an invitation to our church. Our course we always have a little fun
too. After our hard work, we’ll head to the RAVE to take in the new Madagascar movie!!! Sounds like fun, right??????????
