'Winning at Work and Home' is a new and powerful process that allows a man to bridge the gap of the past and find working solutions for relationships at work and home from a Biblical perspective.
Winning at Work and Home is the second year of the Men’s Fraternity study of manhood. This 16-session study focuses on the two areas that are central to a man's life: career and family. This journey will begin to build the walls of manhood through study dealing with a man's chief responsibilities. It explores such topics as understanding women, marriage, sex, dating,conflict, money, parenting and the world of work. The curriculum also comes with a host of practical applications.
Challenging men to step forward, meet their responsibilities, and establish their manhood, this study presents 2 mirrors to help men evaluate how they are doing in life: the mirror of work and career, and the mirror of home and family. Each man will evaluate chief responsibilities of how a man successfully relates to a woman and how a man rightly engages in his work as an employer or employee.
